With an aptitude for all things numerical, Ruth Roshan and her team of finance people give Byte’s management the information they need to make sound company decisions. She enjoys finding financial sweet spots and optimisation for company longevity and growth. She is also the only Chief Financial Officer (she is aware of) to have played mandolin with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

Marta is a good listener – whether you speak English or Bosnian. She challenges the status-quo and helps her clients in planning for the best marketing and communications strategies.
Marta’s career includes 12 years of communicating results to different target audiences, building and designing corporate identities, brands and digital presence. Her experience spans various countries and a wide range of industries including education, not for profit, arts, and civil rights sectors.
At Byte, Marta is supporting senior leadership vision to perfect the product offerings and provide a full-suite of digital transformation solutions. She is responsible for executing marketing strategy based on the needs gathered from both internal and external stakeholders, as well as driving the go-to-market strategy.
