Greg Embleton leads the Byte Advisory Board. He is a senior business and IT executive with over 30 years experience in the delivery of IT services.  Greg has held numerous Executive roles with large Australian and International organisations throughout his lucrative career in IT, including CIO of Sensis, Australian Red Cross Blood Services; General Management of Amcor; Regional Vice President at Novell and Chief Executive Officer at Calltime Solutions. Greg holds tertiary qualifications in both IT and Accounting (including a Master of Business Degree) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Robert founded Byte Information Technology in 1993 and has grown the business into the professional and dynamic IT Services organisation it is today through a mix of strategic planning, systematic action and a keen appreciation of market forces and customer requirements.

His sound strategic, technical and operational skills have added value and growth to organisations in a diverse range of industries.  Byte's success and exponential growth is largely due to Robert's implementation of a strong culture of excellence grounded solidly by ethical values and volition while keeping the organisational eye fixed on the horizon of future direction and growth.

Robert is acknowledged throughout the industry for his natural ability to understand business imperatives, spearhead action plans, assess complex technologies, and devise stable solutions to transform business.

Stanley Havea joined Byte in 2011, when he was appointed as the Director of Sales & Marketing and, as the second in charge to the CEO, he plays an integral role in the development of the company. 

Stanley is a driving force in transforming the business to a solution and services based company and brings to this newly created position extensive operational & sales experience and strong leadership skills.  During his tenure, he has driven significant revenue growth while continually improving the company's service delivery to its growing customer base.  He continues to work closely with the founder Ramin Roshan on high level strategies to evolve and grow the business further.

Before joining Byte, Stanley spent 13 years at Dimension Data where he held a number of management positions, most recently as the Managed Services Sales Manager and prior to that was part of the Executive Management Team responsible for the services business of the Telstra Division.  Stanley holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Systems.

Victor heads up Byte's Consulting Services Practice, including Business and Infrastructure consulting services, guiding and mentoring Byte's fleet of skilled and experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts and Solution Architects. In previous roles, Victor was responsible for establishing and leading a strategic consulting practice, a national virtualisation practice, and the foundations of a successful cloud business. He was also a founder and director of a listed IT company. Victor has been an active participant in global vendor advisory boards, and has presented at global events around the world.  Victor's focus is driving innovation in the business of IT.

Tan heads up the Support & Managed Services Practice and is a solutions driven IT professional with over 12 years experience in the IT industry.

Tan has a verifiable track record of team development/leadership, driving growth, reducing costs of delivery, and developing cost-effective solutions to meet customer business requirements utilising a knowledge base that bridges the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Tan holds a tertiary qualification in Information Systems for Businesses and is in the process of completing his Master's in Business Administration.

Matthew is a passionate and highly motivated individual currently heading up the software development team at Byte where he guides and mentors Byte's fleet of dedicated software development professionals. 

In his previous role at Kiandra IT, Matthew led his team to claim a global prize in 2009 from Microsoft for Custom Development Solutions - Application Infrastructure, for a leading-edge business systems development cloud-based solution. In his long and colourful IT career, at Byte, he stands out as an innovative entrepreneur and is admired by his team.

Matthew has worked with a broad range of stakeholders including venture capitalists, small and large corporate and government organisations and has the skills to build lasting client relationships and deliver business outcomes on challenging projects. 

Naomi joined Byte in 2007 and is currently Byte's Business Operations Manager and the executive "right hand".  Naomi specialises in human resources development and has been instrumental in establishing and nourishing Byte's workplace culture of harmony, ethical values and excellence.

Naomi has been acknowledged throughout her career for applying good judgement, insight, integrity, and initiative in managing change, resolving conflict, juggling workload demands, and tackling problems.  Naomi holds tertiary qualifications in Science, has completed industry-based training in HR and IT and has partially completed a Masters of Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
